- We do not accept appeals here, Ban appeals, frozen appeals, or no matter your reason. We only provide services as described on the website.
- If you need help, find the correct service from the top menu and submit your request via its form instead of chatting with an agent.
- Agents can't bypass the service or give it for free. They can help you with the steps or guide you in submitting your request.
- Trying to use WhatsApp calls instead of writing your messages will lead your chat to be ignored permanently.
- We do our best to respond to all messages, but you're not the only one. So be patient and wait until an agent handles your chat.
- Ignoring one of these terms leaves your chat permanently ignored.
• Attention: Messages such as “Hi, How are you, Please help, etc.” will be ignored. This is not a friends chat, it is customer service. Make sure you write your BIGO ID and your message in detail.
